Coaching Philosophy

From my extensive experience in project management, coordination, personal well-being, and cultivating positive relationships with oneself and others, I have defined a method of coaching that honors your individuality while keeping us on a fluid course to build action plans. Think of it like a river, where we ebb and flow with the direction of life while the banks of the river provide structure and guidance.

Individuality in coaching centers around leveraging your unique strengths to build on your focus and intention. Instead of focusing on changing who you are or striving for behaviors that don’t resonate, let’s lean into your skills and traits to grow in opportunities and bring excitement to the work. Personal and professional development is more authentic and enjoyable when we leverage areas we are confident and familiar with. We expand and further develop professionally and personally by utilizing our strengths and recognizing our values.

I firmly believe in the ethics of coaching in an unregulated industry. I have completed training through a Master’s program that is recognized by the International Coaching Federation and am receiving my Associate Coaching Certificate, a gold standard for coaching competencies. Practical Plans

Based on 15+ years of experience in professional and personal development, I have crafted a coaching approach that emphasizes interpersonal connection within the management of self and in the workplace. Building a strong sense of self-efficacy is the stepping stone to building processes in your life, and with members of a team. I draw on my expertise of caring for the fundamentals while being explorative and planning with an approach that is responsive. These tactics help individuals adopt, adapt, and improve. I refer to this as fluid while flexible. These ideas can apply to both work life and personal well-being. My expertise bridges personal growth with professional leadership, ensuring that individual development parallels one’s capacity to lead with impact.

Coaching is a powerful tool where we use existing strengths to succeed.
